APMR’s contribution to rural development has not gone unnoticed. On several occasions, the Burkinabe government has recognized our actions by awarding us prestigious distinctions, notably in 2009, 2014, 2017 and more recently in 2023. These honors reflect the government’s long-standing commitment to promoting a fairer, more self-sufficient rural world.

As an apolitical organization, APMR focuses solely on the well-being of rural communities, without getting involved in partisan struggles or political debates.

APMR is a not-for-profit organization, which means that all the funds it receives are fully reinvested in its projects and initiatives to serve rural communities.

APMR ensures that its actions and projects remain inclusive, respecting the cultural and spiritual diversity of the communities it serves. It guarantees that its interventions do not privilege any religion and are oriented towards the general interest of rural populations.
